With a pipeline of trained engineers, we can prove ourselves to be worthy of our experience to ramp-up the technical teams as resource demands increase from the customer. We are well versed and have a good past record of managing the teams very well to meet the project schedules with proactive and transparent reporting of project status through regular meetings on technical matters, progress and resource requirements.
Prajna can offer the services through turnkey execution model also, where we take complete responsibility of engineering, resource management, project scheduling and deliver quality deliverables as per the agreed timelines, specification requirements and costing.
